Terms of Service

Wallpapppers is where you’ll find reimagined wallpapers for your screens, with unique designs crafted to give your setup a fresh look and personality.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Wallpapppers ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Wallpapppers is a platform for discovering and downloading high resolution AI-generated wallpapers for your phone. You browse and search a curated collection, and preview any wallpaper. Downloading requires a free account, which includes 1 download every 7 days. A paid subscription removes that limit.

3. Account and authentication

Wallpapppers uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage sign in. You can authenticate with email, Google, or Apple. By using these methods, you accept the relevant terms and privacy policies of Google and Apple. These providers may collect basic information such as your email address, name, and device data.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep the credentials of your account secure
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Publish or distribute illegal content
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property
  • Scrape, bulk download, or mirror the collection by automated means
  • Any other illegal or harmful activity that we consider inappropriate

6. Wallpaper licence

Every wallpaper on Wallpapppers is generated by us. There is no way to upload to the Service, so nothing here is somebody else’s work republished. When you download a wallpaper, we grant you a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to use it for personal purposes.

  • You may set it as a wallpaper, lock screen, or background on any device you own, for as long as you like
  • You may keep your copy after your account or your subscription ends
  • You may not sell it, license it, or redistribute it, on its own or inside another collection, app, or template
  • You may not present it as your own work, and you may not use it to train a machine learning model
  • You may not use it commercially, including in a product, advertisement, or client project, without our written permission

Merchandise printed through the Service is covered by this same personal use licence, and the physical item is yours once the order is fulfilled. For a commercial licence, or if you are unsure whether your use is covered, write to us and ask. We answer.

7. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time, and the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, but changes apply only to new subscriptions.

Our Payment Policy explains in full why payments are final, and you confirm that you accept it before every checkout.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallpapppers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether caused directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
