Terms of Service

Wallpapppers is where you’ll find reimagined wallpapers for your screens, with unique designs crafted to give your setup a fresh look and personality.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Wallpapppers ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Wallpapppers is a platform for discovering and downloading high resolution AI-generated wallpapers for your phone. You browse and search the collection, and preview any wallpaper. Downloading requires a free account, which includes 1 download every 7 days. A paid subscription removes that limit.

3. Account and authentication

Wallpapppers uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage sign in. You can authenticate with email, Google, or Apple. By using these methods, you accept the relevant terms and privacy policies of Google and Apple. These providers may collect basic information such as your email address, name, and device data.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep the credentials of your account secure
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Publish or distribute illegal content
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property
  • Scrape, bulk download, or mirror the collection by automated means
  • Any other illegal or harmful activity that we consider inappropriate

6. Wallpaper licence

Every wallpaper on Wallpapppers is generated by us. There is no way to upload to the Service, so nothing here is somebody else’s work republished. When you download a wallpaper, we grant you a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to use it for personal purposes.

  • You may set it as a wallpaper, lock screen, or background on any device you own, for as long as you like
  • You may keep your copy after your account or your subscription ends
  • You may not sell it, license it, or redistribute it, on its own or inside another collection, app, or template
  • You may not present it as your own work, and you may not use it to train a machine learning model
  • You may not use it commercially, including in a product, advertisement, or client project, without our written permission

Merchandise printed through the Service is covered by this same personal use licence, and the physical item is yours once the order is fulfilled. For a commercial licence, or if you are unsure whether your use is covered, write to us and ask. We answer.

7. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. This section covers plans bought on this website, and section 8 covers plans bought in our iPhone app. You can switch a website plan between monthly and yearly billing at any time, and the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Website payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a website plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, but changes apply only to new subscriptions.

Our Payment Policy explains in full why website payments are final, and you confirm that you accept it before every website checkout.

8. App Store subscriptions

Premium bought in our iPhone app is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, so these rules apply to it instead of the website rules in section 7:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that
  • You manage or cancel it in Settings on your iPhone or iPad: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for
  • Switching between monthly and yearly also happens in those subscription settings, and Apple decides when the change takes effect
  • Refunds are requested from Apple and decided by Apple under its own policies, not by us
  • Deleting your Wallpapppers account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel it in Settings first

You can also review your App Store subscriptions from your Apple account, and ask Apple for a refund through Report a Problem.

9. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallpapppers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether caused directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
